What do I wear?
Casual clothing is the order of the day on board and ashore. We recommend you dress comfortably.

What currency do I use on board?
A cashless system operates on board. You will be issued with a key, which serves as a cruise payment key.
You will be given a statement at the end where you may settle your room with either debit / credit card or cash.

Do I need a passport?
A ten year passport is required for all of our holidays outside of the UK, valid for at least six months after the date of your return. Application forms are available from your nearest main Post Office, or online at www.passport.gov.uk We recommend you apply for a passport at least eight weeks before departure.

What if I get sick whilst on holiday?
On our river cruise vessels there is no doctor on board, but our staff and crew are trained to care for passengers in need of medical assistance. It is compulsory on all holidays abroad to take travel insurance. Passengers are recommended to ensure they carry sufficient travel insurance to cover any unexpected medical bills.

I am in a wheelchair, can I travel on a River Cruise?
Our cruises are suitable for those wheelchair users with limited mobility, provided these passengers are accompanied by an able-bodied fellow passenger. Some of our vessels are multi - level and do not have lifts, making our cruises unsuitable for passengers who are totally confined to a wheelchair.

Can I smoke?
All our river cruise vessels are strictly non - smoking, though smoking is permitted on the sun deck.

What type of plug do I need in the cabins?
All river cruise vessels have an electrical current of 220v. A two - pin European adaptor will be required for the use of electrical items on board.
